Returns & Refund Policy
At Crunnk, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility-
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
* Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
Refunds-
* Approved returns are eligible for a refund after deducting ₹180 towards reverse pickup, shipping, and handling charges.
* Refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days after the returned product passes our quality check.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Size-Related Returns-
* Returns due to size issues are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
* A deduction of ₹180 towards reverse pickup, shipping, and handling charges will apply to the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Products-
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
* Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items-
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
* Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns.
* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
* Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Important Note-
Crunnk reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
